Lisa is an engaged business and leadership coach whose purpose is to ask people questions that they don’t always dare to ask themselves and empower them to connect with their true self. She supports individuals to understand their value, their behaviours and how they impact their people and business. Being from Canada, Lisa has a diverse professional background having lived and worked in five different countries. She is an experienced leader from the automotive industry as well as an entrepreneur, change catalyst and inspirational speaker. Her true passion lies in researching the true essence of trust in relationships, and to support teams and organisations to understand how they can break trust down and collaborate together on a whole other level.

I am dedicated, loyal and hardworking. I am a true ambassador for VHK and give my all to my groups and the sessions I hold at VHK. I believe I challenge with respect, and the people I have the privilege to work together with understand my good intentions and that I care, I want to contribute and enable people to be their best version of themselves.
